What Happens Next?

Our team will review your booking form within one business day. After that, you’ll receive an email containing:

  • Payment Instructions
  • A Sample Route Itinerary

Important: Your climb is not yet confirmed, so please hold off on booking airline tickets.
We confirm over 95% of requested climbs, but on rare occasions, a date may not be available.

What Happens After the Deposit?

Once we receive your deposit, we’ll get to work! Within two business days, we’ll:

  • Reserve your lodging
  • Arrange transportation
  • Assign your mountain crew
  • Secure park permits

After that, your climb is 100% confirmed! It’s time to start training, prepping your gear, and getting excited for the adventure of a lifetime!

A Quick Note on Payment Deadlines:

  • Within 60 days of your arrival, 50% of the trip cost is due
  • Within 45 days: Full payment is required
