1 DAY SAFARI – ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK

T he 1-Day Safari is to Arusha National Park. It is just 40 minutes from the lodge. We will pick you up from your lodge and drive you to Arusha National Park. Once inside the park you’ll be up close and personal with herds of buffalo in the spectacular Ngurdoto Crater. You’ll also view the flamingos of the Momela Lakes, and the imposing peak of rugged Mount Meru.

Arusha National park houses a variety of wildlife, including giraffes, zebra, colobus monkeys, leopards, and hyenas. These animals roam free inside the park’s small but active 53 square miles of natural habitats. Enjoy a picnic lunch while gazing at the rolling hills and wooded savannahs of this national treasure. At the end of the day, we return to your lodge or JRO.
