How does booking your Kilimanjaro climb process work?
We will review your booking form submission within one business day. We will send you an email that contains the following:
- Booking Form
- Payment Information
- General Route Itinerary
To begin booking your Kilimanjaro climb, you must choose your dates and route here: https://kilimanjarosunrise.com/dates-prices/ and fill out a booking form.
Once we receive your booking form request, we will create a booking form for you and email it to you as well as your potential itinerary. Please note that at this point your booking is not confirmed, so please do not purchase airline tickets yet. We confirm 95% of our requested bookings. It is very rare that a climb cannot be scheduled.
When you are happy with your booking form simply make your 30% deposit here: https://kilimanjarosunrise.com/payment-portal and we will begin booking your trip. We will begin to arrange lodging, personnel, and park permits.
Within 2 business days after receiving your deposit, we will confirm booking your Kilimanjaro climb. At this point, your trip is 100% confirmed and all reservations have been made.
