How does the booking process work?

  1. We will respond to your request for a booking form within one business day. You will receive:
    • Quote
    • Payment Information
    • Itinerary
  2. Make your $100 deposit to begin your trip. Payment is accepted here.
  3. If it is within 60 days of your arrival, 50% of the trip cost is due.
  4. If it is within 45 days of your arrival, 100% of the trip cost is due.
  5. Once we receive your deposit we begin organizing your trip.
  6. Within two business days, we will confirm your booking. Do not purchase airline tickets until we have confirmed your booking. Begin preparing for your trip once we confirm your climb.
