The Great Serengeti Migration is a constant procession of enormous herds of wildebeests. The herd includes zebra, Grant’s gazelle, Thomson’s gazelle, eland, and impala. There is a predictable pattern to this migration. There are a few variables that determine herd size, grass for grazing, and available water. The herd moves in a clockwise pattern.
